Vomiting and diarrhoea occur within fifteen minutes of consumption. Also, given that the seeds have an enjoyable taste, there is a possibility of a greater effect on the health of children, "Srinivas cautioned about the evergreen tropical plant with thin stems.Thirteen members of Banjara (nomadic) community who were hospitalised at Kollegal taluk healthcare facility in Chamarajanagar were discharged in a day.
